New Changes Updated To The Western Australia Skilled Migration Occupation List 2019-20

Individuals may find themselves nominated through two distinct visa subclasses.

• Available: If an occupation is listed as Available, then it is open for nomination invitations from the State of Western Australia.
• Under Review: If an occupation is listed as Under Review, then the number of nominations for it is going to be limited. This is because the invitation will only be issued subject to a review.
• Closed: If an occupation is listed as Closed, then it is closed for nomination invitations from the State of Western Australia.

Regional WA Notation

In both the WASMOL and GOL streams, occupations that are designated “Regional WA only” have to provide the Immigration Authorities with evidence of a job offer/contract in a Category 3 Location. The following postcodes fall under Category 3.
